Alicia Langer is a seasoned construction coordinator with hands-on experience in the industry. As the new Operations Manager at United Contract Solutions LLC, she excels in contract negotiations, subcontractor/client relations, scheduling, and budget optimization. Renowned for her professionalism and strong, effective communication skills, Alicia fosters collaborative environments that drive results.
Her passion for helping others and commitment to teamwork continue to fuel innovation and excellence across every project she leads. Outside of work, Alicia and her family attend Gulf Shores First Baptist Church, where she volunteers in the children’s ministry, supporting elementary Sunday school classrooms. She’s also an avid golfer, fisherman and actively competes in AQHA horse shows with her two daughters, embracing a spirited lifestyle grounded in faith, family, and friendly competition.
